The City Hall is only 5min away and there are different amenities in very close distance. If you rent this flat you won't need any public transport to discover the city` s centre.
The flat is composed of a big living room with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom where you will find a King size bed and en suite a bathroom with a bathtub. The bedroom and the living room have an exit on the terrace where you can sit and have a meal. This terrace is giving on a calm and spacious rear yard.

Good budget place to stay in Varna by Evan on 23 Oct 2006, 09:23 Four of us stayed in the Flat N3. The place is very good value for money. The flat is new and nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen. There is no air con, though they provide a fan. However, that is all I would expect for the price. Location is perfect - it is perhaps 150-200 metres from the central square, close to everything. We found it easy to walk to the tourist sites in town. We used cabs to go to the beaches outside Varna and found this a cheap, quick option each day. In short, this is not a luxury hotel, but it is clean, friendly, pleasant, and with a perfect location. Varna is a great city !
PS.And beware of the local people with dark skin or the too helpful. Dont be as stupid as some poor guys and you won`t get ripped off. Don`t exchange money in the street and don`t watch out the prostitutes (they have the eye for the foreigners) and steal your goodies.

The apartment( we stayed in the Flat N1) was really spacious huge living, very comfortable bedroom with the biggest bed I ever slept in and a nice bathroom. I would be happy to live there ! Very clean with everything you would need (toaster etc). Stefania was very friendly and helped with a couple of enquiries. Not too far from the pedestrian areas of the center and the Sea Garden (took 10-15mins approx). Much better than to pay for an expensive and tiny room in the central hotels. Highly recommended.

1st floor appartment not protected against robbery by Thierry on 29 Aug 2006, 18:14 antonio proposes 3 flats
with one close to the fruit market, this appartment is new and try to provide all the ameneties but... varna is a very hot place and the flat is very very hot at this standing you should expect a fan or an ac and there is none of any kind neither there is a protection at the windows of this 1st floor flat with one room looking at the backyard touching the roof -easy to climb- i asked the landlady if it was safe to open the windows helped by a bulgarian friend -the landlady by the way does not speak a word of english or french, you are supposed to get explanation from antonio on the phone as he is generally away from bulgaria. I left the windows opened and the flat was robbed 2 days later, only personnal things, camera, phone and money worth 600euros , but the worst was yet to come,
i told the landlady what happened and was phoned back by antonio who told me that what i had lost was triffle- nothing, bagatelle- compared to the valuables things of his appartment, that i was wrong not to have reported to him, all this and more in such unpleasant unsypathetic tone, i had of course checked the appartment, you must know that your losses wont be covered by any kind of insurance the landlady told us that they wanted to put iron bars at the windows-but they didnt, very bad experience dont stay there in summer in these conditions this appartments is certainly watched by local burglars who know it is rented to tourists
