SPA Center
Steam bath - A vapourbath with high air humidity, constructed of marble according to an old Turkish tradition. Light aromatic essences take care of the good mood and create a relaxing atmosphere. In contrast to the sauna, the air is here not so hot, which makes the procedure suitable also for people with heart and respiratory problems. But yet it is recommendable to be advised by a specialist.
Otdoor swimming pool - The outdoor swimming pool is constructed in several levels, fille dwith hot miineral water ~ 37 С. In the hot summer days you may get involved in a real water feast – a water slide, sunshine terraces with chaise longues and umbrellas, and , of course, “Music beach” snack-bar where you can taste the fresh drinks.
Pool size: length ~ 25 м; debth – max - 160 см, min – 90 см., with specially designed kid section for its youngest guests.
Indoor swimming pool - The indoor mineral water pool is part of the Wellness & Spa hotel center. Sizes: length ~ 25 м, debth – 130 см. The atmosphere and surrounding will make you willing to experience the other services offered by the SPA center of “Azaliya” hotel.
Fitness - The contemporary design, the modern equipment, the excellent ventilation, the professional observation and assistance are only one part of the preconditions for conducting of a perfect training and an intense recreation. It satisfies the natural necessity of movements under the conditions of the contemporary sedentary way of life. Various apparatuses provide an opportunity for isolated loading of separate muscular groups or of the whole body.

Relaxation at Azalia by doinah on 23 Jun 2007, 15:59 I spent 11 days beginning of May at this magnificent hotel. . I have to admit I was pretty impressed. Location is great. The room was cleaned every morning and if we had any questions the people at the front desk always tried to help. In this period it was a place where you find peace and tranquility .I am from Romania and I can say that I was a little afraid not to find what I was looking for(I usually spend my holidays in good clubs greece,spain,etc).
In that period I was looking for spending 11 days in a quait place with good possibilities for relaxation. I was lucky to find Mrs. Genoveva Marinova- manager"Direct Travel" Ltd, on web. She was fantasic.She offer me a lot of possibilities and suggest me to go to Azalia.She came in my first day and make thinks to be as I asked. Wonderful view (I sow the see from bad), big balcony. The SPA programs are very good. You have to try the massages. All of them are different and the masseurs are professional, all of them. (Thank you Svetia)
I took HB and the food was good (a lot of salad and fruit).The pool (inside) very nice, clean, with mineral water, bar, sun lounger.
Close to the hotel, on the beach is a bar with jacuzy.I could say that I was somewhere in Haiti. There are 6 big Jacuzzi (powerfully one’s) with thermal water.
In that period the hotel stuff made the preparation for summer time. In this period you will not find a quiet place. From half of September will be again a place of relaxation. Still thinking to go again in September.
I returned home full of energy, ready to go back to my stressing work.

Staying at your hotel was not the nice experience it should have been.
I don´t mean the hotel it selve, it is very fine and all, but the way you treat your guests? Some of your personel should really need an education in manors and good behavior.
But some of them are very nice and serviceminded, that I most say.
And almost everyone needs to learn more english, german and russian is not the only languages spoken by tourists.
Another thing.. I have never before been charged for breaking something by accident at any hotel I ever been staying at, before this, and in this case 5 lv for a simple glass at the room!!!
I can by 6 items of the same kind at home for that amount...at no discount!
And the greedy cost (10 lv a day!)if using place in the minibar for cooling water and stuff, the minibar is on anyway isn´t it??
This is really the wrong way to earn money on guests staying at the hotel. And it will clearly stop guests from buying anything from the minibar at all.
And the poolarea...Why set up signs saying that sunchairs reserved with towels but not beeing used, the towels will be taken to the reception, when no personel even cared about this.
Every morning all chairs where taken but there were not as many people at the poolarea as there were chairs occupied by towels, and so it went on day by day by day, empty chairs with towels for hours, and no persons using them.
The breakfast... Why is almost always the bread feeling not fresh and making me feel that if I throw it on someone I could be responsable for their death.
This is how we feel about our staying at your hotel...
