absolutely fantastic by linzi on 05 Oct 2007, 13:14 wonderful hotel really clean plenty of entertainment the staff always warm and friendly, the animation team was fantastic and fun they worked really hard on everything they did to make sure you enjoyed there shows which we did and for the kids the mini disco is really fun, :-) just got back on the 4th of october 2007, returning again in may 08 to the same hotel and we are already looking forward to it, i would highly recommend this hotel to everybody as it is apealing to all age groups. the food was fantastic something for everybody and it varied each day something new to try, the cocktails are really nice i recommend a bulgaria blue really nice and refreshing for those wonderful hot days. its 4 star at the minute but well worth 5 in my opinion,

Overall Comment by Jeanne and George Room 218 July 05 on 03 Aug 2005, 10:55 Fabulous holiday, all staff welcoming and friendly. Any minor problems were sorted out quickly and efficiently. Animation team did a great job considering the number of languages they had to contend with. I also liked the idea that the Manager was seen on a regular basis and he made a point of walking round and asking the guests if they had any problems.

overall overview of the hotel by chloe and ashley on 30 Jun 2005, 17:59 the anamation team was very relli canny however i was disapointed at the refusal to play the y.m.c.a on my last night.it was rather unfair also how certain guests behaved regarding sun loungers and beach towels. also the indoor pool seems to have alot of chlorine in and this didnt do wonders for my complexion and hair.the pool is broken and has a broken water filter thing in it and it sucked in my leg. it hurt. also the light there is hangin out. very dangerous.the the hotel is very clean and the staff work very hard. lifts are dedly and often shut before you were safley inside.overall i think that the hotel canni but like there cud b sum room for improvment.the decore is very modern definalty the 4 star rating. i enjoyed my stay there and it made my stay in bulgaria very plesent.
