Comments on the hotel conditions. by Serbanoiu Liviann on 18 Mar 2008, 20:14 We went there on August 2007 and generaly was good except the food.
The rest is very nice especialy when you are going with childrens and with many frends.
I recommend this destination.

Servce in restaurant at Hotel Bolero by Varlam Vlad on 28 Aug 2007, 09:48 It was the most unpleasant experience because of the restaurant manager who shouted at me and my family, was rude and impolite and insulted us.I am a 41 year person, middle income family and from my 5 nights in thehotel had 5 fights with this insolent person , although I reported to customer service manager, Anton Dinev it was for nothng.The bulgarian management it iis definitely not RIU management. strongly advise travelers to avoid beeing insulted by this untrained and insolent staff.

ref club hotel riu bolero by ella on 07 May 2007, 09:33 it was just SPLENDID, but it was in 2006 when it was RIU hotel, now Iŝm wondering if the changes will be in better or not! But in 2006 it was the best holiday option for my family... very nice, cosy, clean, a lot of fresh good food, all the facilities... JUST GREAT !
