A very enjoyable experiance by shauna norton on 10 Jun 2008, 00:53 The imperial hotel was amazing!.
The staff were very friendly,the waiter's were very friendly and helpfull as my grandfather has a disability and they tryed their best to make sure he was well looked after.
The spa in the hotel really helped my grandfathers disabilty,quite expensive but well worth it.
The most enjoyable holiday so far.

stay at the hotel by ramesh goyal on 22 May 2008, 23:21 we just had a great week at imperial hotel sunny beach.we have enjoyed our stay.Hotel is lovely,clean and very well maintained.Food very good and lot of choices. Staff at the hotel very helpfull,pleasent and most of them speak very good english especially at the reception

Easter 2007 6th - 9th of april by Letitia on 10 Apr 2007, 19:39 Nice hotel, but very cold inside, especially in the entrance hall. Inside the room the air conditioning was not working, they explained us that some electric parts were broken. The minibar was locked, there were no bathrobes in the bathroom, neither feet towels or sleepers (and the floor ceramic tiles were so cold!), not even at the spa center we didn't receive bathrobes (all these in a 4star hotel!) About the food... the most miserable food I've ever eat. They suppose to give us a special easter lunch wich was at 6 pm and the specialty was the BEANS! anyway the "all inclusive" we've got was a big workers' canteen, the food was poor and the tables not enough for all the tourists. In all the hotel only 3 persons were speaking english, including the manager, wigh was very little cooperant. Coffee - something hot and brown with no taste. The real coffee could be bought at 2-5leva, depending on the waiter. The wine ... it can not be named wine. Maybe vinegar. The fitness - about 7-8 devices, old enough to be broken and not to be used!!!! The swimming pool was cold until the last day when it get no warmer. Of course...a electric problem! No room service...actually no good service at all. And on the top of it - no entertainment at all!!! So in the last day we gathered around a few guests and started a party in the piano bar where we had to pay the dj and all we drank.
This was our "4 star all inclusive hollyday" at Imperial hotel Sunny Beach Bulgaria!

Hotel Imperial by Alison on 13 Jun 2006, 18:08 Just returned from a relaxing week at Hotel Imperial (5th -12th June). 5 minutes walk from a very good beach. Area is relatively quiet but easy to get in to main sunny beach area (45 min walk). There is a road train which runs every 15 mins to around midnight and costs 2 levs each (about 40p). Also very close to Nessebar old town (well worth a visit) with bus running every 20 minutes or 35 minute walk.
Hotel staff were very friendly and hotel rooms were very impressive. The food was adequate.
Area has limited restaurants and a couple of bars (John Smiths pub. There is much new development but is not noisy and won't affect your stay.
Tip of the day: If the hotel pool is busy go to Hotel Kotva across the road, much bigger pool and sunbathing area.
