staff were friendly but the breakfast wasnt up to much but pool bar and everything is was just great ! one of my best holidays !

Hotel Ivana Palace by Margaret Curran on 02 Aug 2008, 16:28 Back again for the fourth time this year, this hotel is great, Dari and Dido are absolutely magic, other bar staff great too, rooms good, very clean, maids attend every day. Breakfast is ok, Dari and Dido are that good one of the reasons we go back, and I am sure many more people do. The pool/s are good, cleaned every day, sun beds plenty of nothing is too much trouble. Food at Ivana Palace Hotel by Bright on 18 Jul 2008, 14:13 Just back from Ivana Palace Hotel, booked half board. Please do not ever go half board. The food was disgusting, there was very little choice and what was available was cold. We complained to rep. I asked for a refund of my half board money, or vouchers he had no authority to help us. We had to make a complaint to London, so we will be back home before we hear anything if at all. We had not budgeted for food, so we had to use spending money to eat. The tour company should tell you before you go that the food in hotels is rubbish. Eating out is cheap and good food can be found.
Other than the food this hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly.

not the best by diddler on 09 Jul 2008, 03:48 no hot water between 6pm and 7pm,when i expressed my concern the reception staff were unhelpful,everybody take a shower at this time so there no hot water left,was the reply,3 nights that happened,i was only ther for 7,had the same reply when i booked a jacuzzi,staff didn't want to know-too busy pampering themselves and chatting at reception-85% germans also,woohoo-if u don't get to breakfast before 8am theres nothing left,complete shambles

good hotel by Emma on 02 Sep 2007, 20:05 Just came back from a 2 wk holiday in Bulgaria stayin at the Ivana Palace. I haven't got a bad word to say except the breakfast woz a bit shitty. The lobby bar staff Gus & Darina and the pool bar Yavor were brilliant. They make te best cocktails although the pool bar in the Victoria Palace topped them. A clean hotel, maids in everyday making pretty displays on your bed with the sheets and towels. Plenty of bog roll!!!
We had an apartment and it was really big. Loads of room for a family of 4.
The receptionists werent the friendliest but I don't know if they could spreak much english. Thankfully met them on arrival then on departure.
Hotel consists of families and singletons. We didn't suffer from any disturbing noise.
The security doesn't allow you to jump in the pool at nite, only if you're a young girl with a see-through bra!!!
Would go bak to Bulgarian and hotel Ivana only if they put on some childrens entertainment-- no entertainment what so ever!!

Ivana Palace by Liz&Kevan on 15 Aug 2007, 14:39 stayed for 2 weeks in june with our grandson and we had a fantastic time made all the better by the lobby bar staff Dido & Darina. nothing was a problem to them and everyone was made welcome. Joined by our daughter and boyfriend the 2nd week and we have no complaints. the hotel was spotless and the staff all very obliging. have made friends with Betty and Tony from Liverpool. are due back in september and looking forward to another lovely holiday. also booked for june next year so see you all then hope to meet up with tony and betty then also Happy holidays to all.

We invited them to Scotland for christma and were delighted when they came. We had a wonerful time with Darina and Dido and have booked for June and September of 2007 and can`t wait to get there to see them again. Perfect hotel by Trine on 19 Sep 2006, 11:32 My husband and I went to Ivana Palace for our honeymoon. And it was just PERFECT! Sunbeds for free, great service, and very sweet and helpfull staff. We lived on the 5. floor with wiev over the pool area and the black sea. The food was great, and it was behind the noice from the beach, but not too much. We will deffently go back!
