The previous comment is sooo perfect that people have to be very naive not to understand the cheat, at the same time it sounds like a description!
Do you have problems to get bookings for March and September?

I have stayed at Orison on two occasions, during September (very hot!) and March (cooler but still pleasant) and have been impressed by the cleanliness and attractiveness of the self-catering apartments. The furnishings are tasteful and the apartments well equipped, with modern kitchens in which everything from a small snack to a full meal can be prepared. The shower rooms are beautifully tiled from floor to ceiling, and all fittings are new and of excellent quality. During our September visit we were able to sit out until well after midnight on our private lockable verandah and cool off while enjoying a drink, a cigarette and the view of the Black Sea in the moonlight. During March we needed to use the central heating on a low setting, but it was dry and sunny each day. Meals out were also very enjoyable, there is a variety of first class restaurants at budget prices! We'll certainly go again.
