Visitor Comments	Booking refusal - by Mihai PASTIEA on 09 Apr, 2009 Dear Sirs, My name is Mihai PASTIEA and I am the General Manager of NEOTOUR INTERNATIONAL, a tour operator from Romania. We have booked through Valeo Travel Bulgaria a group of 50 persons for IBEROSTAR Golden Sands, for the period 30.04-03.05.2009 and we have already paid an advance for this group. This booking was made about 10 days ago, but today Valeo Travel informed us that you have denied the booking of our group without any explanation. We inform you that we have already informed the people about your hotel and the refusal of our group will create us a big damage. This is very sad because we know very well your hotel. I visited it personally two times in 2006 and 2007. So, we would be very grateful if you could confirm this booking to Valeo Travel because we want to promote your hotel for this summer season and on the other hand a scandal with our clients will bring a lot of damage both for us and for your hotel. The hotel is excellent, really clean and spacious. the facilities are excellent and staff are really helpfull. the evening entertainment in the hotel was more suited to families and older couples but there is plenty to do along the promenades. i would advise to stay in the Iberostar as it really made the holiday. hotel - by Margaret on 18 Jun, 2005 This hotel is spotlessly clean the maids are constantly cleaning the hotel day and night you do have to ask for fresh towels though or you will end up with your old wet ones.
