11 Apr, 2008	m ()	kamcia	have visited beautiful kamchia a couple of times and we all should be very proud of our investment. I don't know why know people are saying the proximity of the beach is a problem, as the type of tourist visiting will not be beach tourists. The main beauty of this resort is the natural resources inland, such as the wildlife, river etc. The beach isn't that far away anyway!
11 Apr, 2008	James ()	Bulgarian Developments	I thinks its a good future investment, and Bulgarian Developments are doing their best, I have found Lisa very helpful, at times its been frustrating but I think we are all moving forward.

People who we want to rent our apartments will read this site. Having read the comments would you rent here we need to start to talk the plac eup in public which this site is. The comments are not e-mails to each other thet are read by the whole world so instead of misusing open access sites to say what should be said in private. This is and always was a long term investment, or at least that is how I viewed it when I bought.

11 Apr, 2008	boris shopov ()	oasis beach resort	Dear Clients, As we are still receiving lots of e-mails connected with our ex – company Balkan Property Management Ltd. regarding furnishings of apartments in Oasis Beach Complex we would like to inform you about the situation at the moment: We have concluded furnishing and letting contracts for your apartments in 2006 with estate agent Bulgarian Developments. Me as an Owner and Manager of Balkan Property Management Ltd. have left the company in February 2007. The furnishing of the complex has to be finished from the new Owners as I have agreed to keep a close watch on the delivery of the furniture. As I have understand that the delivery has stopped in August I have tried to contacted with the Owner of the company, because Bulgarian Developments ask me and insist to do this, but no success. I have met with representatives of Bulgarian Developments in October 2007 and I have signed an agreement that I (as an ex manager) will arrange the delivering of the rest of the items for the complex. I have paid more than 80% of the delivered items with my private resources and now the missing items are sofas, tables and chairs together with the kitchen set (knifes, forks, plates etc.) I have met with Bulgarian Developments again in the end of May this year and I have paid directly to them 45% from the price of the rest missing items I have already mentioned in this letter and the Bulgarian Developments Company agreed to pay the rest 55% with private resources. We have signed tripartite contract with the new furnishing company with term for the delivery in the complex not later than 10.05.2008 As I have tried to explain you with this letter I think that me as an ex-manager and Bulgarian Developments as an estate agent have done all the best the furniture to be delivered and installed before the season starts. I HAVE NO CONNECTION WITH BD, I THINK PEOPLE ARE CONFUSING TOO MANY ISSUES, THE PROPERTY IS BUILT AND FINISHED TO A GOOD STANDARD ALTHOUGH DELIVERED LATE WHICH IS NORMAL IN CONSTRUCTION. ACT 15 HAS BEEN ISSUED AND ACT 16 WILL FOLLOW. THE DREADED FURNITURE WHICH I PAID FOR A LUXURY PACK IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF BALKAN PROP MANAGEMENT(BORIS) WE ORDERED ON HIS LETTERHEAD, HIS FORMS BUT PAID BD ON HIS BEHALF. HE HAS DONE A RUNNER- NOT UNUSUAL IN EMERGING COUNTRIES, SO BD ARE TRYING TO RIGHT THE WRONGS BUY SPENDING SOME OF THEIR PROFIT. THE AREA IS A FIVE YEAR PLAN, WHEN THE GOLF COURSE PROMENADE, HOTELS ETC SHOULD SPRING UP, THERE IS NOT A LOT THERE AT THE MINUTE AND I THINK PEOPLE ARE NIAVE TO THINK THAT THESE APARTS WOULD BE INSTANTLY RENTABLE. HOWEVER I ALWAYS OPTED TO RENT FROM THE UK BECAUSE YOU CAN ACHIEVE MORE RENTAL, AND I THINK IM RIGHT IN SAYING I HAD A 10% DISCOUNT INSTEAD OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. THE REAL PROBLEM IS THE FURNITURE AND WE SHOULD BE CONCENTRATING ON GETTING THE REMAINING ITEMS INSTALLED, I WILL BE PHONING BD TO DISCUSS THEIR LATEST LETTER THEN MAKING AN INFORMED DECISION ON THAT BASIS. Also is anyone going out, so they can send a proper report, of what is happening regarding complex and what furniture is actually in the apartments, i don't beleive a word what BD say!

The letter seems to imply that signing it means that we cannot blame/take legal action against BD if dodgy boris shopov 'shopsoff' and doesn't show with our furniture! However if we don't sign it then BD will not contribute to the costs of the remainder of the furniture. Can anyone help, as i do not want to ask BD because i do not trust them anymore

10 Apr, 2008	Paul ()	Legal Paper Work	If we have never had the correct paper work we are all in a position to take action, I am still awaiting my signed copy of act 15 ! this development has been rushed to complete on time but it never should have been handed over until all the correct paper work was in place, so this complex is not ready and they are in breach of contract, BD have a lot to answer for, and they are so slow on their information to their clients and they should be doing bucket loads to keep us all sweet, as its going to cost them lots to answer all our claims.
09 Apr, 2008	AP ()	Bulgarian Developments act16	BD should have been aware that the complex is not legal without act16 in place, it is a grey area, but we are all over a year behind legal completion. Its all being very patchy and BD have to do a lot more work for us.

Anyway BD are being paid to pass this information in their news update, or you can get all updated information on their informitive website ! I dont think so !

Alternativly i have been informed by another Bulgarian brief, that this is only fact if you have a Bulgarian company.At oasis we did not. More ambiguity-does any one out there know the truth. 08 Apr, 2008	mark.h ()	fish	you dont need the furniture for act 16.act 16 meens, that the building is ready with the bulgarian standards, water,electr.etc.then you can put your furnit.and use apartment for your self or rent. there is no act 15 in oasis, what about 16 on our contract the furniture must be delivered 90 days after act 15.noting we can do now!
