Nerja is unspoilt unkile Torremolinos etc. It still retains the feel of an old Andalucian town by the sea.For a place to stay on the Costa Tropical I would choose Marina del Este. It will be expensive there, though you could stay at La Herradura. Itb4s mainly the Spanish that stay there. The coastline is rugged with lovely coves, as is Nerja. La Herradura translates to the Horseshoe, the shape of the bay. The beach is very stony at La Herradura. Other towns are Salobref1a and Almuf1eca.The scenery in the area is stunning |
