Bulgaria's Coastal Nessebar Still Critical after Flooding Rains

The town of Nessebar on the southern Bulgarian Black Sea coast continues to be in a state of emergency after torrential rains flooded hotels and ruined campsites over the weekend.
Disaster Management Minister Emel Etem announced that there was no need to declare a state of emergency over the whole area.
The floods won't ruin the tourist season and no tourists have been injured Etem said.
