De kalder det over et ** stjernet hotel, men hotellet skulle være * stjernet istedet. Forkerte hotelværelser, skulle vente mange timer på de rigtige. (men pæne værelser) Meget dårligt service fra de ansatte på hotellet. Meget dårlig rengøring på værelserne. Maden var ok, men fadene blev aldrig fyldt op igen og der var ikke nok mad til alle gæsterne. Meget, meget ringe service fra de ansatte i restauranten. De kunne desværre ikke kommunikere med gæsterne, da de ikke kunne engelsk. Halvdelen af de faciliteter på hotellet som de beskriver at de har, var lukket. Der var næsten altid låst ind til "Kids Room" og vi skulle vente på en nøgle i flere timer. Vi kommer ALDRIG tilbage på Hotel Vigo og kan ikke anbefale dette hotel til andre gæster !!!! 8 days at Hotel Vigo - July 2010 Can head not recommend this hotel! Very poor cleaning in the rooms. The food was ok, but dishes were never filled up again and there was not enough food for all guests. Very, very poor service from the staff of the restaurant. They could unfortunately not communicate with our customers because they could not English. Half of the facilities at the hotel as they describe that they were closed. There was almost always locked into the "Kids Room" and we had to wait for a key for several hours. The pepole that works there are no nice and diden`t help us at all. I will never go back to vigo hotel. I have told all my friends about vigo hotel and I will tell many more. Vigo Hotel - by Liz and Bill Thirsk on 09 Oct, 2007 This hotel has all the makings of a good hotel, however the managemeny need to understand the meaning of contractual obligation. We paid for buffet meals, breakfast consisted of eggs suasages fatty bacon cheese ham jam and honey all served cold on onbe plate. Dinner was a choice of salad,fish, or pork with either soggy veg or chips. Desert plain ice cream or fruit (one apple or one orange) Saturday night there was a wedding booked in the restaurant and so we were told it was closed. The receptionist had to ring round to ask another hotel to take us. We also got tired of having to push through staff and their friends and children hanging around the bar all day and night.
