| 13 Sep, 2006 | Louise (81.136.146.166) | Sunny Beach | I came back from Sunny beach on Saturday and i must say it wasn't what we exprected at all. I am 21 and i went with my mom n dad and brother. We stayed at the Majestic Hotel which was one of the best hotels in SB. I didn't like SB at all there was never anybody in the bars and there was no entertainment. We spent £1500 in 2 weeks and only went on 1 trip to Khans tent which cost over £100. My dad got ripped off on the streets when he changed his money. Altough i forgot to warn him not to do that ooops. Look out for the golf buggies coming down the strip they are a nightmare. There are way better places than here. Overall though it was a relaxing 2 wks. Weather was ok. We had about 4 days of rain and cloud. I wouldn't go again. Oh yes and i wouldn't mind paying for the tiolets if they were clean but they were disgusting. They don't know how to deal with tourists. |

| 02 Sep, 2006 | william hilary @victoria (195.93.21.35) | a great holiday insunny beach hotel lira | back last week had a fine time drink not bad good measures pints as cheap as 35p best place to eat is hotels and drink the nicer the better you get loads of cheap drinks promos in the hotels along the front get your money changed in the hotel as you will get riped of in the steets no mater what they say before you hand it over you will get riped of i stayed in a hotel lira and the staff were outstanding and could'nt do enough for you a few i can remember are paco bobby wolf victoria the lovly receptionest if any one is going tell them iwas asking for them william ginger loaf,there is one place you can buy good cigs and tobbeco and its in art street ask were it is the cigs else were are all shit don't buy them so tobbeco runners this place is no good but for a holiday i loved it and am a gurney old c-nt if it wick get on the buses and go places for 3op you go any were and go to nessebar old town it lovey loads of small shop and theres a great reasterant above the harbour not sure of the name but theres a sign to go to the terrece the man who owns it is a nice guy cant do enough for you and for all you lads that cant get a girl walk along the strip at night some nice girls there have a good holiday i will be back next year as the canarys you could'nt afford to drink in them as i drink fro 6to 6 14 nights it adds up i recon my drink bill was a third of last year in abiza have a good one goodluck |

Weather and the beach in sunny beach was great for week, we were there. Food was pretty basic but the taxi's were absolute rip-offs. Women were absolutely fantastic, especially the swedish ones. Lots of gogo girl bars so enjoy!!!!!!! |

One week of appaling food that was nearly always served cold. The place is a cross between everything thats bad about butlins,blackpool and san antonio in ibiza. (we have done all three). The bulgarians are a mixed bunch, generally cheerful and helpful, but if you complain about anything they are quick to sulk and forget how to speak english. It,s not as cheap as people think unless you drink nothing but local drinks and eat the cheapest meals on the menu. Once you start paying for jet skis, banana rides etc all of which are at similar prices to what you would pay in the med its easy to spend £50-80 aday per person. The water park is quite good but if youre kids are shorter than 90cm dont bother taking them as theres not a lot for them to go on. Also you cannot take food and drink into the waterpark and your bags will be checked. Once inside the drinks and food are on a par with uk prices.It cost £10 to get in which is reasonable as they do have some good rides, but there is no discount for people who want entry to the park but do not want to go on the slides.If you like holidays in discos or cheap fake tat markets, eating crap food and mixing with chavs from all over europe , you,ll have a great time. |

They asked the travel agent and they said it would cost an extra £600 even though they had already booked a room that sleeps 4. So i have just booked a flight over there and will sneek into the hotel. Do you think this will work. Really worried now!!! |
| 01 Aug, 2006 | joan (195.93.21.35) | majestic hotel | my brother stayed there in june 2006 he had likes + dislikes the hotel was gigantic. the resteraunt was like a cattle market. they had dodgy stomachs there is a disco in the basement. the lifts are a nitemare!!!!!! there is plenty of entertainment. get your towel down quite early never got a sunbed in time. theres a lovely pub across the road its on the beach which is quite good. you can also get a massage |

| 21 Jul, 2006 | Yve Griffin (87.198.151.96) | Yavour Palace | Just back from a two week break in Sunnybeach. Really liked the place. A Visit to Nessebar is a must... cost just 1.40 lev return and is only a 15min bus ride.
Stayed at the Yavor Palace. Room was very poor standard..Dinner was the same. If you have booked to stay there...I would suggest that you agree a pool view beforehand. All other rooms look into other peoples apartments...and some into an erotic bar... The Hotel has VERY few facilities..The Karoke...is a joke!! .While it is advertised as a 3 or 4* it is only a 2*. It does however have a great location...very central..provides a good breakfast but be in by 9.50am otherwise the staff start to clear away before you have had a chance to eat...In relation to the staff they are friendly and the room was cleaned every day. If you are a shopper...go with an empty suitcase..shopping is brill..! Definitely recommend Khan Tent but arrange it seperate to the Rep otherwise you will get a set menue meal. We agreed a rate with a local Taxi driver who rang and got reservations for us. We paid 40 lev for the Taxi return and 110 lev for a meal and drinks for 4. This included the entertainment which was fantastic. I would definitely go back to Sunny Beach but would NOT stay at the Yavour. |

Wherever you're staying in sunny beach, you'll have a great time, only of course if you know where to go... Me and my four girlfriends will be arriving on the 30th-10th... and our typical evening starts out drinking on the beach, then on to the shot bar in front of the lazur club ( its amazing!!),,, and then we dance the night away in lazur,,, possibly in the pool! We've been to sunny beach the last couple of years, and lazur is the best club - so we'll see all you hot guys out there!! You'll know who we are... he he.. |

| 12 Jul, 2006 | scouse mick (150.204.226.54) | just come back | hi mick here we have just come back from sunny beach .we stayed at the grand hotel.we had a very bad storm last week which left all of sunny beach under two feet of water.all is ok now though. weather is very hot so be prepared,one of our party got mugged by 7 ladies of the night by central pier so watcvh out for them.also lock all your valubles away in hotel safes some body got into one of our rooms and stole some stuff from a locked case the hotel did nothing about this and we spent two days at the police station to no avail. so watch out robbers about.this was our 5 th time to sunny beach it aint put us off we will be going back again,iff you are going bhave a great holiday .you can email me on condells@yahoo.co.uk if you want any info.cheers scouse mick. |
