Visitor Comments	Sun Palace hotel - by Sun Palace on 23 Aug, 2010 We have just come back from Sun Palace Hotel and would not recommend it at all, honestly the food is terrible, it is un-edible, we called it slops. All the reviews I read some where slagging it off and very few were rating it, but I thought oh it will be ok people always have something to moan about, so we went. Having gone all inclusive we lived on bread all week, there were large ant things in the salad, they play darts with the dart board hung on the tree infront of the childrens play area, well if you can call it a play area, a slide and a swing! The swimming pool's edging strip is missing in parts and tiles are off, also glass is lying around where glasses have been smashed and not swept away properly. Please save your money and go elsewhere we all have the trots. We knew people with bites. The staff don't seem to like the english and just put your drink on the bar without even a smile. The beach is mega bucks to hire a sunbed, you are not allowed your towels near the sea you have to go behind the sunbeds. Copy t-shirts jackets etc were more expensive than the real i ams in this country! PAY A BIT EXTRA AND GET SOMEWHERE NICE - PLEASE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - I AM NOT MOANING JUST TO MOAN - I AM HONEST Go here - by Toby and Robyn on 01 Jun, 2009 This hotel was amazing. Friendly staff, good food, good bar and location couldnt be better. Its a stone throw away from either the beach or the night life. Maids are always there if you need something, and all the staff are great, bless our Nickolou thanks go a long way he helped us with our problems and got us a cheap taxi everywhere. If you use mannors everyone is great. Big rooms for 4* we would recommend anyone to come here. I'm sorry if anyone has had a bad experiance here because i thought it was great. Great for singles couples or family as they cater for everyone in the restaurant and if you fancy a meal out there is plenty great but affordable places in the resort Holiday to Sun Palace 2009 - by Julie and Paul on 21 Apr, 2009 Has anyone been since January who could give us an update on the hotel for this year. We are really hoping that the hotel has inproved because it seems to be mostly bad comments.We would appreciate all feedback. hotel sunny beach - by mr & mrs fletcher on 03 Oct, 2008 3/10/08 we went to sunny beach for a holiday and we was looking forward to some good relaxing time ,we went with our great frends and thier 2 grand children we thought we would be ok in the sun palace hotel we were told that ther was plenty of entertanment for the children (whitch is what you need on an evning and through the day ) but NOT A THING FOR THE KIDS TO DO we was told that the food was good and that thy caterd for children but all th children couldeat (and this was the full 2 weeks we was there) was chicken nuggets and chips and if i look at any type of stew for a few weeks i shall not say , all we had was pork,chicken vael in some kind of stew looking stuff. when we got to the hotel they said they didnt have a room for us . all i can say is DO NOT GO TO SUN PALACE IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD OR ENTER TAINMENT Sun Palace Hotel - by Marie on 12 Sep, 2008 I have booked a holiday to the Sun Palace for July 09. It is in the 4* part all inclusive. Has anyone been there recently and could give me an update about the hotel. Hopefully good comments but all comments would be welcome. I am going with my husband and 2 teenage daughters, first time to Bulgaria. go if wanna lose weight - by bulgaria on 10 Jun, 2008 got there midnite with teenage girls no room ready but the hotel is beauitiful and the cleaners the ants we called them are excellant never stopped all day now for bad bit we thought on first day it cant be that bad but after 2 days i couldnt even go in restaurant it made me ill off smell the same food everyday all day really horrible everybody complained was 47 of our party but u wont starve cos outside they do pizzas between dinner and tea i ate chips and pizza all day hotel is for people wanting relaxing time cos not much to do pool freezing the entertainer and his girl were lovely people tried there best all in all was nice and relaxing but food terrible but dont be put off just eat pizza everyday have good holiday Write a comment / review
